Alarm Information
Null

Handling Process
1.check all U2000 process using U2000 System monitor .
2.all process working normally .
3.Logout form the U2000 Clinet and try to login again but can not login to U2000 Client again .
4.Restart the process of PTN NE manager .
5.Now we can login to U2000 Client but the problem still exist .
6.Stop the process " transmit common service " .
7.Re-Run the process " transmit common service " .
8.problem is solved .
9.check the Virtual memory of the server.
10.configure it according to the standard virtual memory configuration to avoid this problem happen again.

Root Cause

Open the Server Machine (OS : Win2003 SP2 ) and found error message on the os " system is running with low virtual memory" .
i found the physical memory (RAM) of the server equal 3.5 MB , and the Max Size ( MB ) for the vitual memory = 4092
but that not meets the standard configuration  :
"  In the Virtual memory window, set the virtual memory. Click the Custom size option button, set Virtual memory to a partition with larger space, and use the default setting of Initial size. Maximum size of a computer whose memory is 1 GB must be greater than 2 GB, and Maximum size of a computer whose memory is larger than 1 GB must be greater than 1.5 x physical memory. The details are as follows:
Greater than 2048 MB for a computer whose physical memory is 1 GB
Greater than 3072 MB for a computer whose physical memory is 2 GB
Greater than 4608 MB for a computer whose physical memory is 3 GB
Greater than 4916 MB for a computer whose physical memory is 3.25 GB
so i have changed the Vitrual memory to be 4916 to avoid any process to be blocked again

Suggestions
the vitual memory of the Server have to increaed to avoid any CPU over load and to avoid any U2000 process Over load .
