ASON nodes are getting inconsistent, even after single fiber cut observed in n/w.
NEs are getting inconsistent, not able to perform any operation. Inconsistent Symbol is there on NEs.
Ne will automatically sync from NMS, so for this following procedure is herewith:

#| EnableSync: Whether data synchronization is allowable.
#| SyncTimerBase: Trigger time of the data synchronization timer.
#| NESyncDelayTime: Before you perform the automatic synchronization, check whether the NE reports the DBCHG event. If yes, the T2000 will delay reporting the event.
#| AutoSyncNECycle: Trigger period of automatic synchronization NE timer on condition that the automatic synchronization is allowable.
#| AutoSyncNEDelayTime: In the case of automatic synchronization, if the DBCHG event is received before the synchronization period, the NE will not be synchronized.
#| HandleLoginDelayTime: After you log in to the NE, the T2000 will check the consistency between the data on the NE and that on the T2000 after the time period of the HandleLoginDelayTime that you set.

NEs are getting inconsistent, if any fiber cut happened in n/w. And the database of NE & NMS is not synchronized automatically, so we need to synchronize it manually, through upload, after that on temporary basis we are able to perform any opeartion.
For NEs to be automatically synchronized, we need to excute some changes in one file in NMS:
If the server version is : U2000V1R1C00SPC002, then auto sync time option is not available, then for permannent solution need to install this patch in NMS:
