Issue Description
N2000 BMS V200R011C03SPC009 installed on Windows Operating System. The CORBA services are configured and are integrated with OSS of xyz Operator Company through NBI. The issue reported that NOC system are not getting alarms from N2000 server. According to initial troubleshooting it is observed that problem can be resolved by restarting NBI related processes. Connectivity is given below.

BMS server>>Hub>>AR-46 (Router)>>Backbone Network>>OSS

Alarm Information
NULL
Handling Process
Accorinding to initial troubleshooting, it is found that this problem can be resolved by restartig NBI processes but by this way we cannot found the actual cause of problem. We check the disk space and data base spaces allocated in enough. To find the root cause, check the CORBA logs, we found the problem that there is two way echo respond failure between OSS and BMS. To investigate this we start investigating the DCN connectivity and the connectivity like this,

BMS server>>Hub>>AR-46 (Router)>>Backbone Network>>OSS. (Connectivity is attached)
Below mentioned are the CORBA logs.

N2000 CorbaAgent tries to ping in every 2 minutes to oss if the oss is not reachable for CorbaAgent then CorbaAgent will try to ping 3 times in every 2 minutes and if it still not get any response from oss then CorbaAgent removes it from oss list.
In this issue same thing is happening, and failure causing end of session. The reason of this failure is the Hub connected between server and pear end router, the hub has no backup power and it power off when main AC supply got failure and take some time to manually switchover to alternative power source. During this interval the CORBA disconnection occurs.
The path directory for checking the CORBA logs in window based server is as follows,
n2000\server\iaf_corbaconf\var\logs

Root Cause
1. The CORBA interface is not properly configured.
2. Disk space of N2000 server is full.
3. There is a problem in DCN causing disconnection in session of CORBA with OSS.

Suggestions
Check the CORBA logs from n2000\server\iaf_corbaconf\var\logs.
Check the network connectivity of server with OSS.
