Issue Description
Problem summary : During the installation process, we constantly receive the error :-
''Failed to connect to the SQL Server as the database use sa. Please check and ensure that the database password is correct,...................''

The computer machine is running Windows XP SP4 with SQL Server 2004 and the U2000 to be installed is U2000LCTV100R005C00SPC600.
Alarm Information
None
Handling Process
We checked the username and password following the U2000 installation guide, we tried to reinstall , we tried to update the computer Java, we also tried to reinstall the SQL server. Then we suspect the problem maybe with SQL and checked in another laptop with U2000 already installed and found certain files exist in that laptop but not in the laptop to be installed U2000.

We searched for this files, which can be found in either SQL Server 2000 installation package (Standalone) or in U2000V100R003C00SPC100 installation package can be found this files in the U2000V100R003C00SPC100_server_sqlserver2000_dbper_en_win32_x86.zip.

Copy those missing files to C:\Windows\system32 and the installation runs smoothly and completes successfully.
Root Cause
The problem lies within the SQL server in the computer. There were several instances / files missing which are required by the installation to proceed. The files are:
isql.exe
ntwdblib.pdb
ntwdblib.dll
ntwdblib.lib
