Issue Description
If you need to simulate a LAN swicth interface in a layer 3 device without changing the interface type to layer 2.

Handling Process
Choose the ports that will be part of the VSI Group (Lan switch ports).
Perform the following configuration on device:

vsi NAME static
pwsignal ldp
  vsi-id 1001                           ###VSI ID###
encapsulation ethernet

After that, configure every interface that will be part of the VSI group, as following:

#
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/1
undo shutdown
Description ### Conection to HOST 01 ###
l2 binding vsi NAME
#
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/2
Description ### Conection to HOST 02 ###
undo shutdown
l2 binding vsi NAME
#

You can check if the ports are UP in the VSI using the command:

dis vsi name NAME verbose
