PLL clock source quality of external output is shown incorrectly

Issue Description
S Customer found that the S1 Byte of external 2M clock source is SETS(G.813) when the S1 byte synchronization quality information is  G.811.(Please find it in attachment)
So customer thought that the information shown to us is not correct. The system is running with a G.811 clock, but the output external 2M clock quality is G.813.
The version information:

Handling Process
Please use follow command to correct the display issue.
:cfg-set-2ms1flag:enable
This command is support from V1R10C02SPC100 and V1R10C03SPC200 version.
Root Cause
1.We test the signal of external clock output #1 and we get S1 byte with G.811.
   So we confirm that clock quality display is not correct.
2.Check it by follow navigator command, we find the result is wrong also.

3.Acutally, a switch is added in this version, if we enable it by follow command, this issue can be solved.
