Next picture shows alarm suppression relation

Handling Process
Before perform any operation, backup all service configuration,

1. Check E-Line Service Alarm
2. Perform an Undeploy Operation over E-Line Service
3. Perform a Deploy Operation
4. Check PW OAM Parameters and E-Line Protection Parameter

Root Cause

PW APS Protection detects path status using PW OAM Parameters. So a wrong configuration of LSR ID To Be Received Parameter at Protection PW affects switching because of PW APS protocol find the path as invalid. Even if LSR ID To Be Received Parameter has been configured wrong to working path, after link is restored service won’t switch to working path.

Suggestions
OAM Parameter Configuration.

1. CV type will send OAM Packet every 1000ms,and Receive NE will receive the OAM Packet every 3000ms,It means the detection period is 3000ms,the APS will use OAM detection result, so if the detection period is long, APS will take more time to switch. So we usually use FFD type on APS path, because we can set FFD as 3.3ms, but we can not modify CV value. Do not advise to use CV for APS function.
2. Be Sure about LSR ID Network
