Issue Description
Q:
the OLT version is MA5600V800R006C02SPC128, why the DBA bandwidth cannot be modified with E1 service?
OLT(config)#gpon dba bandwidth-assignment-mode min-loop-delay
  Failure: The bandwidth that is configured for the T-CONT is lower than the
minimum bandwidth that is supported by the board.

A:
for E1 service, the DBA mode should be min-loop-delay manual mode, the minimum bandwidth that is supported by the board is 1024 kbps, check the configuration the following configuration is less than 1024 kbps, it lead to this 
issue:
 dba-profile add profile-id 30 profile-name "VOIP-128" type1 fix 256
 dba-profile add profile-id 50 profile-name "MPLS_512K" type2 assure 512
 dba-profile add profile-id 102 profile-name "dba-profile_102" type1 fix 256
