Handling Process

Step 1  Enable user support.
1. Log in as user master in the CLI.
2. Enter the admin view.
HUAWEIn8300> admin
Entering admin mode...
HUAWEIn8300.Admin> supportuser enable
Enabling support user.
support user enabled.
Step 2  Log in as user support in the CLI.
Step 3  Access the /var/lib/nfs/sm/links/LOCAL directory.
Step 4  Access the user2 directory and run the ll command to view the file contents.
Step 5  If the contents are as follows, the files are normal and can be properly mounted on the client.

HUAWEIn8300_01:/var/lib/nfs/sm/links/LOCAL # cd user2
HUAWEIn8300_01:/var/lib/nfs/sm/links/LOCAL/user2 # ll
total 1
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root Xmaster 379 May 12 17:20 user2 -> msdfs:192.168.20.58\_home1$,192.168.20.51\_home1$,192.168.20.52\_home1$,192.168.20.53\_home1$,192.168.20.54\_home1$,192.168.20.55\_home1$,192.168.20.56\_home1$,192.168.20.57\_home1$,192.168.20.58\_home1$,192.168.20.59\_home1$,192.168.20.60\_home1$,192.168.20.61\_home1$,192.168.20.62\_home1$,192.168.20.63\_home1$,192.168.20.64\_home1$,192.168.20.65\_home1$,192.168.20.66\_home1$
Step 6  If the contents are as follows, the files are abnormal and the client breaks downs at high possibilities when mounting the files.
HUAWEIn8300_01:/var/lib/nfs/sm/links/LOCAL/user2 # ll
total 1
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root Xmaster 379 May 12 17:20 user2 -> _home1$,192.168.20.51\_home1$,192.168.20.52\_home1$,192.168.20.53\_home1$,192.168.20.54\_home1$,192.168.20.55\_home1$,192.168.20.56\_home1$,192.168.20.57\_home1$,192.168.20.58\_home1$,192.168.20.59\_home1$,192.168.20.60\_home1$,192.168.20.61\_home1$,192.168.20.62\_home1$,192.168.20.63\_home1$,192.168.20.64\_home1$,192.168.20.65\_home1$,192.168.20.66\_home1$
HUAWEIn8300_01:/var/lib/nfs/sm/links/LOCAL/user2 #
Step 7  Delete the user2 directory in the /var/lib/nfs/sm/links/LOCAL directory. After the user quota management function is enabled again, the user2 directory is created again in the /var/lib/nfs/sm/links/LOCAL directory. Check the contents. If the contents are the same as those in step 5, mount the resources again.
Note: The preceding IP addresses are all virtual IP addresses.

Root Cause
The link file contents of the user are incorrect.
Suggestions
When the Homedir mode is used to share resources, check the contents in the directory using the user name as the name in the /var/lib/nfs/sm/links/LOCAL directory are correct.
