Issue Description
The status and fault information about a storage device can be displayed on the OSM. On a deployment site, a 404 error is displayed on the OSM of S5000 R2 1.03.03.204.T09. How to locate the fault.

Handling Process
Run the tail -f /OSM/web_server/tomcat/logs/catalina.out command to view the printing of the log file. Send the log file to R&D engineers for analyses.
Root Cause
The OSM employs the tomcat deployment mode. The default directory for saving logs is /OSM/web_server/tomcat/logs. The catalina.out file is the log file. OceanStor:/OSM/web_server/tomcat/logs # ls catalina.out localhost_log.2008-05-18.txt localhost_log.2008-05-20.txt
