Handling Process
From the Windows Server 2000 installation CD-ROM, run setup.exe in the SUPPORT\TOOLS directory to install the reg.exe file. If you do not want to install Support Tools, you can copy the reg.exe file to the Program Files folder (or its subfolders) of the system disk.
