The customer uses the outsourced 10 GE NIC in the T3500 and a large amount of network connection errors appear in the system log. Two hours later, the screen of the device becomes black.

Handling Process
Switch off the device power supply to power off the T3500 and ask the customer to replace the 10 GE NIC.
 
l  This problem is caused by the component purchased by the customer and should be handled by the customer.
l  It is the customer who should perform all operations to remove this fault. Technical support engineers are only responsible for giving some advice.

Root Cause
Restart the device and check the system log. A great amount of network connection error appear in the system log.
You can determine that the outsourced 10 GE NIC is faulty. As a result, the device cannot work normally and the screen becomes black.
