S2600 controller status abnormal

Issue Description
After login controller A through management port and found one serious alarm about controller B, it worked abnormally. Try to login ISM through controller B and it's not working.Try to login contonller B by PUTTY, it showed rescue mode.
Linxu:   //only can login rescue mode,after input admin&password when you use
controller B to login.

Handling Process

Through controller B management prot login system by PUTTY:
Linxu:     //login rescue mode,after input admin&password
rm -fr boot     //move boot file_link
ln -s boot_osp boot     //create new boot file_link
mount -o remount,ro,async /startup_disk/image     //remount starting file
reboot    //reboot controller B

Login system again and check it, it's fine.

Root Cause
After we checked the logs, some abnormal operation of power on&off happened before. This operation may cause controller B turn to rescue mode for safety automatically.
Suggestions
When you powr on&off system, pls follow the sequence.
Power-off sequence: application server → switch (if has) → controller enclosure
→disk enclosures → cabinet
Power-on sequence: cabinet → disk enclosures → controller enclosure → switch
(if has) → application server.
