S5300 Storage System Fails to be Started

Issue Description
After being powered on and started, the S5300 storage system enters the safe mode and its system configurations fail to be managed. After the cleancofferdb command is executed on the CLI to clear the DB and the S5300 is restarted, the storage system still enters the safe mode.

1. Upgrade the SES version to a matched one.

 

2. Inform the R&D engineers to reburn the logical version.

================================================= Software Version: Controller Soft Version B 1.03.01.114.T01 ------------------------------------------------- Patch Info: Controller Patch Version Status B None None ------------------------------------------------- Product Version: V100R001C01 ------------------------------------------------- SES Version: Subrack ID Board ID Version 0 1 F037 //A bug exists. SES self-check is performed in bypass mode. 045 is changed. ------------------------------------------------- Logic Version: Controller Logic Version B (U5)004 //This version is the latest version before a large logical change, and it is unstable. Conclusion: The startup failure is caused by mismatched SES version. The SES version and logical version matched to 1.03.01.114.T01 software are 052 and 015.
