Issue Description
When a faulty disk is removed from the S5100, the status indicators of all disks remain off for 10 seconds. When a new disk is inserted into the S5100, the status indicators of all disks also remain off for 10 seconds. Alarm information: The indicators of all disks encounter a transient off for 10 seconds.

No operation is required because it is normal and does not compromise upper-layer services.
Root Cause
SAS links need to complete disk rediscovery when a disk is being removed or inserted. The rediscovery process takes 10 seconds, which can be proved by the presence of the mpt-unjam strings displayed in S5100 messages.
Suggestions
It is normal that all disks encounter a transient break for 10 seconds when a disk is being inserted or removed. Therefore, no further operation needs to be done.
