Why the Controller Information of the S2600 Fails to be Obtained?

Issue Description
An S2600 with single controller is installed on a deployment site. The host can ping through the IP address of the management network port of the S2600, and the S2600 can be logged in to by the SSH tool. However, the S2600 fails to be logged in to on the ISM.

Handling Process
Step 1  Enter the MML mode and run the dev keyvar command to locate the cause. The message displayed on the fourth line is as follows:
g_uiStartWorkFailReason  = 9.
Step 2  Refer to the relevant troubleshooting guide of the S2600, the error code 9 specifies that “can't get control board information.”
Step 3  Collect messages to locate the cause of the failure. A message states that “DEV_QueryLocalBoardInfo: Execute DEV_GetSubBoardInfo Failed”, indicating that the controller is improperly inserted or faulty.
Step 4  Remove and insert the controller again. The fault is rectified.
Step 5  If the fault persists, it is recommended to change the controller.

2. The interfaces of some components are defective in design.
