RAID card edition does not match operating system

Issue Description
The operating system running in the T3500 is the 64-bit operating system red hat5.3,and the operating system disk adopts RAID1.When it breaks down, we can check follow alarm by order "dmesg" :
scsi7 (0:2): rejecting I/O to offline device
EXT3-fs error (device sda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted
EXT3-fs error (device sda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted
EXT3-fs error (device sda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted
EXT3-fs error (device sda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted
We cannot find any fault in this volume group from array monitor interface, but after rebooting computer, service returns to normal.

Handling Process
This problem can be solved by upgrading RAID card to version 1.49 and installing new RAID card drive.
Root Cause
The operating system running in T3500(the 64-bit Operating system red hat5.3) is not match with RAID drive and FW edition.
Suggestions
Enhancing compatibility testing between RAID card drive and Operating system, and issuing results to customer.
