system>uninstall VSM,it prompt install was not complete

Handling Process
1 uninstall library of network management
                          1 open catalog “C:\HWENGR\engineering\conf”
                       2 delete by hand the folder “datamodelDB”and files in this folder
2 restart data-base
                     1 double click Windows taskbar   ico and open “SQL Server manager” dialog box
                     2 click “stop”, closedown data base
                     3 click “start/continue”, startup data base
3 Be sure iMapService has been stoped
                     1 Click start menu,choose process> manage tools>service
                     2 examine whether iMapService already startup,if startup,please halt it
4 delete VSM’s install catalog,for example“D:\VSM”
If can not delete it,you must delete install catalog and folder,then delete install catalog
5 delete network management data base files by hand
1 Click start menu,choose process> Microsoft SQL Server > enterprise manager,pop-up program “SQL Server Enterprise Manager”
2 choose  “data base”node and delete all of data base except master、model、msdb、 pubs、tempdb、Northwind of this server in left navigation tree
3 choose “security> logging on”node of this server in left navigation tree,delete user“NMSuser”
6 restart operating system
Root Cause
During process of using,user changed or delete some envionment variables,result in  can not uninstall,need to uninstall it by hand
Suggestions
During use VSM, do not change envionment variables
