Can not capture IP address result in VSM parts of process can not startup

Issue Description
Install VSM in corporation,After successful,all of process can startup normally. Startup this network management in customer,found parts of network management process can not startup successful. Return corporation,startup network management again,all of processes can startup successful

Handling Process
1 connect network wire correctly
2 double click VSM network management system maintenance tools,in eject dialog box enter user name and password
3 in eject Interface choose maintenance network tools,enter network management system maintenance tools server
If appeared mistake during loging on,eject data is not synchronized,please do not consider 
4 in network management system maintenance tools server choose server,right click synchronized network configuration,click confirm
5 finished synchronize,restart system
6 restart network management,all of processes can startup normally
Root Cause
1 startup one network management in different place,turned different results,excluding self problem of network management
2 compare corporation and customer,the only difference is ip address is different,may be as ip address changed
3 some of processes startup depend on ip address,when ip changed,this process can not startup
