T3000 server cannot be facilitated into OS.

Issue Description
After server power on, it tries to enter network facilitation, which cannot enter OS.

Handling Process
Reason 1: System disk is not plugged well.
Handling method:
1.1 Pull out and plug system disk.
Plug the system disk into UMA slot 0, which as shown in picture.

1.2 After plugging OS disk, if the disk online indicator is not red 3minutes later, the OS disk has no problem. Do the follow steps.
1.3 If the disk online indicator is red 3 minutes later, the OS disk has fault. Do OS fault operating.
1.4 If server enter the OS through system facilitation, fault disappears. If the fault still exists, do next step.
Reason 2: The facilitating device is wrong in BIOS setting. 
Handling method:
2.1 Start server, press “Del” to enter BIOS setting interface
2.2 Select “IPMIBoot” menu with arrow keys.
2.3 Set “1st Boot Device” as “SCSI”, which as shown below.

2.4 Press “F10” to save and exit BIOS interface, the device enters OS through system facilitation. Fault disappeared. If fault exists still, do next step.
Reason 3: System disk fault
Handling method:
3.1 Change faulty disk.
3.2 Install OS
3.3 If server can enter OS after changing disk, fault disappeared. But if fault exists still, do next step.
Reason 4: OS is damaged 
Handling method:
4.1 Reinstall OS
4.2 After reinstalling OS, if the server enters OS through system facilitation, fault disappeared.

1. The disk module installing OS is not plugged well.
2. The facilitating device is wrong in BIOS setting.
3. System disk fault.
4. OS fault.
