Issue Description
The client menu displayed partially and part of the process failed to start after finished the network installation. Checked network management files after installation, found that most of the network management foreground bags are not unzip.

Handling Process
1. Uninstall the installed network management.
2. Manually decompress installation package.
3. Use notepad to open the configuration file under decompression installation package directory "engineering \ conf \ CustomMacroDefine. CFG".
4. Modify the system drive letter to be disk E of the configuration file.
? Modify @ {HWJREROOT} = C: / HWNMSJRE/jre_win to: @ {HWJREROOT} = E: / HWNMSJRE/jre_win
? Modify @ (HWENGRROOT) = C: / HWENGR to @ (HWENGRROOT) = E: / HWENGR
5. Reinstall the network management.
Root Cause
Server system drive letter is disk E, not disk C, leading to fail to decompress part of file in the installation package.
