In single SCC and multi MU networking, numbers of video front lines go online and offline very frequently. The break time is short and last about one to two minute but very frequently.

The video terminal client alarm the cameras go offline.
1,Replace the network cable and the switch port, the fault still alive, so it is not the hardware problem
2,It can recover from the offline so it like the network congestion problem. Observe on the switch port that connect front line, and there is peak value exist. Check the networking to make sure there are not loop or network storm, and make sure the load is not exceed the leakage load and it will not bring the network congestion problem.
3,We find all the front terminals offline have the same mu, so the problem is caused by mu. Check the corresponding media port on the switch, and it should be 1000M, but it may become 100M in a short time, so it network cable problem, replace the cable and it become OK.
Theoretically, front terminal offline is because the SCC has not received the heartbeat message in 3 heartbeat cycle (30 seconds), and judges it has been offline, so we should consider the networking problem:
1,Check the network on SCC side is OK by ping long big packet.
2,Ping long front terminal has the offline but recover in a short time, so we can judge the network to front terminal has problem
The cable fault from mu media port turn itself to 100M and lead the video stream packet lost. The video is transmitted by TCP, so the mass retransmissions make the network congestion instantly and make the heartbeat message between front line and SCC lost indirectly.
Make sure all the network interface work in 1000M full-duplex state by manual set replace autonegotiation, or it will bring some problem.
