The camera is on line but when we view the image, pop-up window says “platform failed to assign mdu”.

3,The connection between MU and SCC need two factor, firstly, the MU side must configure SCC’s IP address, we check it and it is OK; then, the server ID information on MU side must be consistent with that of SMC Portal, we check it and find the server ID is set as the default, not consistent with ID on MU side, so this is the reason. We correct the server ID on SMC Portal and the problem is resolved.
The communication abnormity between SCC and MU may be the problem:
1,The network is impassable between SCC and MU
2,MU process was not started up
3,The connection between SCC and MU is abnormal
