FAQ-how to clean left useless disk information in VIS

Issue Description
If you delete map on array end and scan disk on VIS before deleting disk from disk group on VIS, it will cause:
1. Cause error in VIS, the information is as follow:
VIS CLI:root>vxdisklist
VxVM vxdisk ERROR V-5-1-558 Disk -: Disk not in the configuration
- - sds 201_group failed was:sds 0
VxVM vxdisk ERROR V-5-1-558 Disk -: Disk not in the configuration
- - sdw 201_group failed was:sdw 0
2. If you go on use these LUN ID on array end, it will say LUN ID has been used when scanning disk on VIS.

Handling Process
If LUN is not deleted on array end, do as follow:
1. Use foretime LUN ID to map LUN to VIS.
2. Scan disk on VIS to make disk normal.
3. Delete disk from disk group on VIS, then delete map on array end.
4. Scan disk on VIS.
If  LUN is deleted on array end , do as follow:
1. Do the follow operation in CLI of VIS:
vxdg -g 201_group rmdisk sds
vxdg -g 201_group rmdisk sdw
2. Scan disk on VIS.
Now the error information is deleted.
Root Cause
If you delete map on array end and scan disk on VIS before deleting disk from disk group on VIS, VIS will consider the disk is lost and keep the information.
Suggestions
Operate in order on VIS, or it may be error.
