[VTL6000] NBU software problem: cannot delete Disk Pool in NetBackup after OpenStorage is configured

Issue Description
After configuring OpenStorage, delete DiskPools in NetBackup software, NetBackup prompt that there is Image Fragments in storage medium and unable to delete, as the photo like below.

Concrete phenomenon express like below:
1. In Windows operating system, execute nbstlutil.exe list –l command to check Fragments with NetBackup record in Disk Pools.

2. In Linux operating system, execute nbstlutil list –l command to check Fragments with NetBackup record in Disk Pools.

Step 1 Execute nbdelete command to compulsorily delete these Fragments.

C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>nbdelete.exe -backup_id win92_1232270438 -force
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>nbdelete.exe -backup_id win92_1232269563 -force
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>nbdelete.exe -backup_id win92_1232269561 -force
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>nbdelete.exe -backup_id win92_1232269556 -force
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\bin\admincmd>nbdelete.exe -backup_id win92_1232269555 –force
Step 2 Delete this Disk Pools again.
In NetBackup console navigation tree, select Media and Device Management > Devices > Disk Pools, right click on the Disk Pool to be deleted in operation zone, select Delete.

Root Cause
After backup of OpenStorage-type storage medium, NetBackup would record relevant information about backup. If there is that information in Disk Pools, it cannot delete this storage medium.
Suggestions
Please check if Fragments exists before deleting Disk Pool.
