Problem handling: RAID card edition and operating system is not matched

Issue Description
Operating system of T3500 is red hat5.3 64bit, operating system disk is RAID1, and there is problem during running. Check with dmesg command, there are alarm below:
scsi7 (0:2): rejecting I/O to offline device
EXT3-fs error (device sda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted
EXT3-fs error (device sda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted
EXT3-fs error (device sda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted
EXT3-fs error (device sda1) in start_transaction: Journal has aborted
From array to monitor port, there is not any error of this volume group of sys, and after system reboot, service is normal.
Alarm Information
Check with dmesg command, there are alarms like below:

In addition, as system disk is faulty, there is no error record in /var/log/message.

Handling Process
Upgrade FW of RAID card to 1.49, and install newest driver of RAID card, the problem is solved. 
Root Cause
Operating system (red hat5.3 64bit)installed on T3500 is not matched with FW edition and driver of RAID.
Suggestions
Enhance compatibility test between RAID card software and operating software, and release outcome to customer.
