SUSE system reinforcement cause RDAC software cannot be installed normally

Issue Description
It is ATAE platform in field, operating system edition is SUSE 10 SP1 system, connected to S3100 storage, RDAC multipathing software cannot be installed successfully. 
Alarm Information
After executing installation command, there is error information like:
# make install
This Version of MPP build is not supported on this Version of SuSE Kernel 2.6.16.46-0.12-smp.
make: *** [kernelvercheck.SUSE] Error 1

Handling Process
Resume file content to system default, after RDAC software is installed successfully, and then modify file content back to be enforced.
Root Cause
1. Check system edition, it is confirmed that operating system is indeed SUSE 10 SP1;
# uname -a

# SPident -v

2. Check RDAC file in field, it is OK, provide RDAC installation source of this edition again, it still reports error;
3. Customer reinforced host before, cause file of /etc/issue modified.
