Issue Description
After ISM Server is installed successfully, during system automatic start ISM Server software, or start ISM Server software manually, system prompt that ISM Server start fail, how to handle this problem?

Handling Process
Cause 1: host names record in two files in the directory of /etc/hosts and /etc/HOSTNAME under system is not consistent.
Handing process:
Step 1 Execute cat /etc/HOSTNAME command, check and record hostname in network management server.
Step 2 Execute vi /etc/hosts command, modify hostname in this file into that in the file of /etc/HOSTNAME like in figure below.

step 3 reboot ISM Server software
Cause 2: port needed by network management system is occupied by other process
Handing process:
Step 1 execute lsof -i:port command, check port for network management system is occupied by which process. This port is prompted occupied port number in system back display information when ISM Server software start fails.
Step 2 Check this process and stop this process.
Step 3 Reboot ISM Server software.

Root Cause
Cause 1: host names record in two files in the directory of /etc/hosts and /etc/HOSTNAME under system is not consistent.
Cause 2: port needed by network management system is occupied by other process.

Suggestions
Install according to installation steps, do not drop or skip some tiny step, and check process after installation is completed.
