Login by serial port after losing password, the account is _super_admin, password is Admin@revive. After login, it fails to use initialize password Admin@storage to login on small system(BMC,SES).

Handling Process
1. Login by serial port, the account is _super_admin, the password is Admin@revive.
2. Run initialize admin password, the system reminds successful.
3. Login in ISM or CLI, the account is admin, the password is Admin@storage.
4. Modify the password of admin.
5. Use the new password to login in the small system.
Root Cause
When the management module realizes the changed password, it notices the device management to use the new password. But _super_admin initializes admin password by modifying system user file directly, the array management module does not know the change, so it cannot login by the new password.
