Issue Description
Q: In the R2C01SPC100 version, I forget my login name of the SingleCLOUD Operation and Maintenance Management System and I can’ t login in the system, how should I operate?
Alarm Information
None.
Handling Process
A:
We can’t access into the OMM database via the pgAdmin tool, because the password of the database is configured with a random value, therefore we can only access into the database through command.
1. Login in the master OMM (if the ESC and OMM are configured together, there is the master ESC) by Putty, execute: psql -U omm -d oms -p 1521.
2. In the “oms=>”, execute the command “select * from sm.tbl_user;” to search the record corresponded with user’s name, such as:
oms=> select * from sm.tbl_user;
user_id |                   password                   | createtime |   email   |  describe  | status | firstuseflg | password_nextmodify_time | password_expire_time |                password_list                 | password_expire_prompt | usertype | account_expire_time | phone
---------+----------------------------------------------+------------+-----------+------------+--------+-------------+--------------------------+----------------------+----------------------------------------------+------------------------+----------+---------------------+-------
admin   | A/6szEkymt24cLKs1cD36ODDi5zaTIvRUKB4/qtZudE= | 1338464788 | w@163.com | admin user | 1      | N           | 1338545203               | 1338516103           | A/6szEkymt24cLKs1cD36ODDi5zaTIvRUKB4/qtZudE= | 1                      | 0        | 253370764800        | 1
(1 row)
Where, user_id is the login user’s name, and the password is the encrypted one.
3. Execute the following command to modify the login password to a plaintext password “Galax8800”, meanwhile set the initial login tag as “YES”, then once the “admin” user login in the database with the password “Galax8800” for the first time, it won’t be asked to modify the login password.
update sm.tbl_user set password='13SbGVlj5aAlyPSRSOO6g+yNwshFxKxoBIN9SK2X8Uk=',password_list='',firstuseflg='Y' where user_id='admin';
Where, the password content “13SbGVlj5aAlyPSRSOO6g+yNwshFxKxoBIN9SK2X8Uk=” is the encrypted password whose source is the plaintext “Galax8800”.
4. Execute “\q” and quit the database.
Root Cause
None.
Suggestions
We provide a solution to reset the login password of the SingleCLOUD Operation and Maintenance Management System; maintainers should take care of the login password.
