A:
1, if two users in different area, there is no effect between the users, the user over the threshold value will be interfered (interfere according to).
2, if two users in the same area, the judgment to host number and interference strategy are independent, the user over the threshold value will be interfered (interfere according to). But the relevant account’s statements rendezvous together (statements according to the account statistics), flow additive, online time additive, host number take the maximum, etc. If add the account to the black and white list or configure strategy for the account, these operations will also affect two users (issued strategies accordance with the account, the IP under the account will be interfered).
