Issue Description
In the implementation process of TSM project, we often need to configure the third party equipment, so that diverse the flow of the core switch equipment to SACG. This case takes H3C MSR equipment for example, through the examples to explain how to configure the diversion of the equipment.

Handling Process
1, create sub interface and the corresponding Vlan
[MSR] interface ethernet 1/1.250
[MSR-Ethernet1/1.1] vlan-type dot1q vid 3001
[MSR-Ethernet1/1.1] quit

[MSR] interface ethernet 1/1.251
[MSR-Ethernet1/1.1] vlan-type dot1q vid 3002
[MSR-Ethernet1/1.1] quit

2, create policy-based routing
[MSR] policy-based-route tsm permit node 5
[MSR-pbr-tsm-5] if-match acl 3100
[MSR-pbr-tsm-5] apply ip-address next-hop 20.166.126.1
The IP address is the SACG flow ingest IP address.
[MSR-pbr-tsm-5] quit

3, apply the policy-based routing in the user side interface
[MSR] interface GigabitEthernet 5/1
[MSR] ip policy-based-route tsm
