Issue Description
In real-time page view the real-time flow of wireless virtual area, shows the value is 0.
Alarm Information
None.
Handling Process
Reason 1: SPS did not open the wireless network monitoring service.
1. In the navigation tree expands "area and equipment management > SPS equipment information". Check whether the SPS opened the wireless network monitoring service.
If opened, please continue to check the reason two.
If didn’t open, please in navigation tree expands "area and equipment management > License configuration > function item distribution". Reconfigure or import interface board group, open wireless network monitoring service.
2. Check whether the fault is excluded, if not, please continue to check reason two.

Reason 2: hasn’t installed RDS component or has installed but the running state is anomaly.
1. Use PuTTY tools and by SSH way login the RDS server.
2. Execute command “ps -ef | grep rds”, check whether there are two RDS process (father and son process).
If there are two RDS process (father and son process), namely the process of RDS is normal, please continue to check reason 3.
If there is no RDS process or has only one RDS process, please execute “/etc/init.d/rds restart”, restart RDS.
3. Check whether the fault has been ruled out, if not, please continue to check reason 3.

Reason 3: didn’t configure wireless networks element, or didn’t associate the wireless networks element with wireless virtual area.
1. For C network environment, please in navigation tree expand "wireless network monitoring > element location management > PCF equipment management". For G network environment, please in navigation tree expand "wireless network monitoring > network element management > BTS equipment management". Check whether  configured the wireless network elements correctly.
 If has been properly equipped with wireless network elements, please execute 2.
If hasn’t configured wireless network elements or wireless network elements configuration error, please reconfigure wireless network elements.
2. In the navigation tree expand "area and equipment management > regional management". Choose the corresponding wireless virtual area, click on the "configure virtual area" to check whether the wireless virtual area associated wireless network elements.
 check if has associated the wireless network elements.
If it has associated the wireless network elements, please click the "load", configure the wireless network elements.
