Issue Description
After a S5600T had powered on at some site, the disk enclosure connected normally but then the hard disk was out.

Plug in the correct 4G optical module to the FC back port, restart the array, and the problem will be resolved.
Root Cause
The FC back port of the products of the T-series only support the 4G optical module format, the front 8G optical module was mis-plugged into the back FC port, which caused to problem in the rate consulting, and finally caused the hard disk report the OUT message.
Suggestions
Please identify the front and back port optical modules.
