How to solve the problem that we can’t uninstall the information collecting tool or the inspection tool

Issue Description
Product and version: adapting to the ISM V200R100C04
Uninstall the information collecting tool or the inspection tool through the control panel, the system ejects a dialog box, shows that “can’t uninstall the application completely”. How to solve this problem?

Handling Process
Method one:
1. Click the “start > run” on the client.
2. Input the “cmd” and enter the command line windows.
3. Run the “javaws -uninstall” command, uninstall the Java application program.
4. Enter into the control panel again, and check if the tool has uninstalled completely.
Method two:
1. Click the “start > run” on the client.
2. Input the “javaws –viewer”, the system ejects a “Java cache viewer” panel, as the following figure displayed:


3. Chose the uninstalling application program, right-click, select the “delete” in the ejected shortcut menu.
4. Enter into the control panel again, and check if the tool has uninstalled completely.
Root Cause
The Java application program downloaded through the JWS (Java Web Start) has the Java cache problem, we need to install the application via cleaning out the JWS cache.
