1. MIC-3G card can use the condition of RSSI light judge:
Remains off: low RSSI (below -100 dBm)
Green slow flash: low or medium RSSI (-99 to -90 dBm)
Green fast flash: medium RSSI (-89 to -70 dBm)
Remains green: high RSSI (- 69 dBm or higher)
Remains red: no service or no RSSI
1. Use command line judge:
      display cellular registration
      Current Register Operator: CHN-CUGSM (46001) 3G
      Quality of Signal: -71 dBm
Basically see the quality of the information, if it is below – 79, indicates that the signal is not reliable, need to adjust the 3G antenna to the appropriate position or change an environment.
Root Cause
When all the 3G cards state are normal, signal quality is an important factor to influence the speed of accessing the Internet. The worse the signal is, the poorer the link status is.
