Issue Description
A S2600 was divided 7 LUNs, two of them are mapping to the same windows 2003 host. During scanning the disk in the disk manager, the disk manager breakdowns frequently, we can’t access the disk source mapped from the storage.
Alarm Information
None
Handling Process
1. Switch the B controller as to the master controller.
2. Login in the A controller’s “debug” mode, execute the “reboot” to reset the A controller.
3. After resetting the A controller, the device’s status recovers.

4. Scan the disk’s source on the service host normally; we can access the disk source mapped by the storage normally.
Root Cause
1. Check the network, the service IP can “ping” successfully;
2. Check the configuration, the mapping configuration is normal;
3. Check the status of the storage’s LUN: in the “Admin” mode, view through the “showlun”, we find the status of the LUN is normal, in “MML” mode of the A controller, view through the “tgt status”, confirmed there is a LUN has been hang.
