The may reason that SIG9280E SRS, RDS or DAEMON operation state display “break”

Issue Description
In the navigation tree expand "area and equipment management > component operation state enquiry ". The SRS, RDS or DAEMON of component operation state enquiry shows "break".

Handling Process
Step 1: SRS, RDS or DAEMON program operation failure.
Through the PuTTY tool to use SSH way login “break” server. Execute command ps - ef | grep name, check the component process running state.
Note: name is component name, namely SRS, RDS, db - daemon.
Check whether SRS component have three corresponding process (the parent process, equipment management sub-process and data synchronization sub-process) in operation, other component whether have two corresponding process (the parent and sub-process) in operation. if it is, explain this component process run normally, or explain the process of the component is not start or operation abnormal. If the component operation anomaly, execute command /etc/init.d/name restart, restart the process. Check whether the fault is eliminated, if not, according to the step 2 continue to find the problem.
Step 2: The routing from RDS or DAEMON equipment to SRS equipment is inaccessible.
Through the PuTTY tool to use SSH way login RDS or DAEMON device. Execute command ping srs-ip, check the routing from RDS or DAEMON equipment to SRS equipment whether is accessible (SRS - IP is the SRS IP address).
If ping impassability, show that routing is inaccessible, please check and restore the network connection from equipment to SRS. If the network connection is no problem, maybe the inputting SRS address when install Web is not correct.
If ping pass, show that routing is accessible
Root Cause
Reason 1: SRS, RDS or DAEMON process abnormal.
Reason 2: the routing from RDS or DAEMON equipment to SRS equipment is inaccessible.
