After iPush function configure AD, prompt HTTP 500 error when preview

Issue Description
In iPush management interface, after finish to upload advertising and save, select "preview" in advertising list, the pop-up advertising page prompting "HTTP Status 500" error.

Handling Process
Solution 1: in "bandwidth prepay prompting windows " directory, directly pack the page file (pop.html) and image directory (images) as zip file;
Solution 2: modify the character code inside and outside file as the same.
Root Cause
There are two reasons cause this error now,:
1, as the below advertising template directory structure, advertising page is pop.html

[E:\bandwidth prepay prompting windows]
├-[images]
│ ├-[bg.gif]
└-[pop.html]

Pack as zip, if zip the " bandwidth prepay prompting windows " directory, and preview after upload, will appear HTTP 500 error;
2, if the pop.html page:
The mark charset parameters is utf-8, as the below shows: 

But the page file format is not utf-8, such as file format is unicode, then preview after upload, will appear HTTP 500 error.
