The end user feedback the host number actually used is not beyond the threshold, but still is interfered.
Solution 1: end user actually has multiple hosts on the Internet, but the end user does not know.
The end user network is used by other unauthorized end user, there are possible situation, please check respectively:
The SW which the end user community do not divide VLAN, lead to some end users can access each other. If an end user opens the network adapter Internet connection sharing, maybe other end users through the end user host to go to the Internet.
Please check the end user configure the correct VLAN, if not, please according to the need divide SW VLAN.
End users use the wireless RT but without encryption, or encryption has been breached, lead to the end user network used by other end users.
Please help end users check RT, check if there is a strange host to access RT.
If have, please help the end user reconfigure the RT wireless security, preventing the wireless network to be stolen.
If not, please continue to the solution 2.
Solution 2: interference threshold value is modified lead to the current interference threshold is bigger than former interference threshold.
1. Login SIG system management interface.
2. In the navigation tree expend "sharing access monitoring > statement statistics > interference log".
3. Using the user IP address or account inquire the interference log.
Compare the interference threshold between the interference log and the current threshold.
If the interference threshold of interference log is less than the current threshold, means interference threshold is modified, do not the system failure.
If the interference threshold of interference log and the current interference threshold are the same, please contact technical support engineer.
There are two possible reasons cause the failure and as follows:
