S9300 device open vlanif interface,what is the handling mechanism for arp unicast and broadcast packet in vlan?

Handling Process
A:
All S9300 current version,after this vlan opened layer 3 interface,redirect the arp unicast and broadcast packet of vlan to CPU,then forward by CPU.
Root Cause

Suggestions
1、For this handling mechanism,if  the connecting users is too much and S9300 default send arp to CPU with CPCAR,it may lose the packet,caused business abnormal,it should be notice that modify S9300 CPCAR value to avoid the problem.

2、Later V200R001 version adjusted for this mechanism:
1)、For arp broadcast,redirect to CPU,then forward;
2)、For arp unicast packet,redirect to CPU if the destination address is itself, hardware forwarding if the destination address is not itself.
