Issue Description
The License has been configured to the multi-network adapters, and then there appear the prompt that parts of the DDC can’t find the License, how to settle this problem?
The related version: All the versions of the R1 and R2
At several sites, there appeared this problem: after parts of the DDC have been running for a certain time, the DDC will eject the prompt that can’t find the required license, as the following picture displayed:

Alarm Information
Handling Process
1. Because it’s not the entire DDC have reported error, so we can exclude the probability of the License server is abnormal.
2. Although there is the error prompt about the DDC can’t find the License, the service hasn’t been influenced.
3. Query the Citrix and they replay it is caused by the double-network adapters, we can avoid it according to the following method:
3.1 Method One: re-nominate the “” file on the DDC, and then restart the DDC.
3.2 Method Two: an avoid method is to modify the IP of the DDC’s License as to any other IP, and then restores it later.
3.3 Method Three:
1) Close the “Citrix License Management Console” service on the License Server.
2) Spare all the files in the catalog of “C:\Program Files\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles\”, and then delete all the “lic” files in this catalog.
3) Start the service at the first step.
4) Re-import the License according to the GPI manual.
4. The root of the solution is forbidding the IP network adapter whose License is not been used.

Root Cause
Because the License has been configured the multi-network adapters, however the IP of DDC which has been configured the License is only one, if the connection between the DDC and the License server once had disconnected, when connecting it again, it may connect through the other network adapters, and then causes to once login in the DDC there will prompt there isn’t the required License.

This error prompt doesn’t take any influence for the service, the Citrix won’t modify it automatically. Generally, we take the method two as a simple solution for this error, if the License whose IP network adapter isn’t been used by any application, we suggest to forbid this network adapter.
