The S2600 Agent service starting abnormally causes the ISM can’t discovery the storage device

Issue Description
Login in the S2600 via the command line, and then execute “showctrlinfo” to view the controller’s status, and we find it is normal, however, we can’t find the storage device via the ISM.

Handling Process
1. In the “debug” mode, execute the command “/startup_disk/image/ISM/ism_ap/agent/conf/start_agent.sh” to start the storage system’s agent service.
2. Execute “ps -ef | grep agent” command, and confirm the storage system’s agent service has started.

Root Cause
1. Enter in to the storage system’s “debug” mode.
2. Execute “ps -ef | grep agent” command, if the output hasn’t contained the content marked in the red frame of the following picture, we can consider that the information of the storage system agent service hasn’t been displayed normally.

Hence, we can conclude that the storage system agent service has started abnormally, and causes the ISM can’t discovery the storage device.
