The S2600 storage management IP address has configured a gateway causes the ISM can’t login in successfully

Issue Description
The network configuration:
The IP address configuration of the S2600 storage management, configure one service IP of the controller A as:
10.10.6.12 255.255.255.0 10.10.6.254
And the management IP of the controller A is configured as:
10.12.12.11 255.255.255.0 10.12.12.254
The IP of the customer management PC is configured as:
10.12.8.100 255.255.255.0 10.12.8.254
The management network interface of the controller A and the management PC are connected with a Layer 3 switch, the switch’s configuration is right.
The encountering problem:
It can’t ping through the IP of the management PC from the management network interface of the controller A, and it causes can’t login in or access the ISM, the S2600 storage and the management PC are connected with a Layer 3 switch. The status of the S2600 storage’s ISM service process is normal.

Handling Process
Method one:
Remove the application service gateway of the controller A, and then the controller A’s service network port IP and the front application server’s IP are in the same network segment;
Method two:
In the controller A’s “debug” mode, add a static route, “route add -net 10.12.8.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 10.12.12.254”, the defect: after restarting the device, the information of static route will discard.

Root Cause
There have configured two different gateways for the two network interfaces in the same system, which lead to the gateway route information is disordered.
