Handling Process

OceanStor: admin> showctrlip
Controller  IP Address       Subnet Mask      Gateway          MAC Address
           A  192.168.128.101  255.255.255.0    0.0.0.0          28:6e:d4:bd:fd:fb
           B  192.168.128.102  255.255.255.0    0.0.0.0          28:6e:d4:bd:fe:19
OceanStor: admin> showsubrack
Subrack ID  Type          Status     Temperature(??)    Physical Type    Serial Number
           0     Expander      Online              33                        FC               0022a103a475
           1     Controller    Online              38                         FC               0022a1042b2d
           2     Expander      Online              34                        FC               0022a103962c
           3     Expander      Online              32                       FC               0022a103f127

Then we can see the controller enclosure’s ID is not “0”, but is “1”, so we need to adjust the ID’s sequence.
Remakes: the “showsubrack” must be write totally in the CLI mode, but can’t press the TAB key to associate, please pay a high attention.
OceanStor: admin> chgsubrackid -s 1 -ns 4
OceanStor: admin> chgsubrackid -s 0 -ns 1
OceanStor: admin> chgsubrackid -s 4 -ns 0

Root Cause
The disk chassis can’t power on in the right order, and then the ID which power on in advance is in the front.

Suggestions
The disk enclosures ID is disorder, we suggest to login the disk array via the management port, and change the ID in the CLI mode.
