Handling Process
Method one:
Restart the machine, press the Ctrl +E while prompting in the startup process, then enter in the menu, there is a “System Event log mem”, select “clear” to clean off it.
Method two:

Access the DELL office website and download the software in the above link, send the software to the engine node which has the “sel full” prompt. As the following picture displayed, use the “support” account (the password is: symantec) to access any address in the node.

Use the “chmod 755+ file name” to make the file be executable, and then use the command “ll –d + file name” to check the file’s rights, and then execute the file.

Select “q” in the ejecting interface:

Then select “y”.

Select “2” is to collect logs according to the prompt, and select “3” is to clear off the logs.

Select “2” to collect the information, and input the company name and email according to the prompt, then start to collect the logs.
There will produce the following file in this catalog, which has saved the operation logs.
“DSET_Report_for_huaweisymantec[N8000_02-SvcTag-FFFSZ2X-PER710].zip”

Root Cause
The server has run too long, and the hardware log is full.
Suggestions
We recommend taking the second method to collect logs while the customers can’t terminate the services.
