Message "Command executed error" Displayed When License Is Being Imported

Issue Description
Product version: N8500V200R001
After a license import command is executed, the following error message is displayed:
N8000>License import /home/support/LICON00002391-AE924F27A24_S5500T.dat 
Unsuccess : Command executed error

Shell prompts you that the command failed to be executed.

Handling Process
Step 1 Use the Console IP address to log in to the N8000 as a support account.
Step 2 Run /opt/HS/scripts/dev_update/dev_update.sh sn show to view the correct device ESN.

SN=210235G6R0Z0BA000004

In the preceding output, the combination of digits and letters behind "SN=" is the ESN.
Step 3 Record the ESN and use it to apply for new license.
Step 4 Import the license again. If the failure persists, contact R&D engineers.

Root Cause
The license management process is included in the hima process. Therefore, you can diagnose the failure cause in the hima log. To view the hima log, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Run cat /var/log/hima_message | grep ESN as a support account.
...[License]Init work space: error code {11}, error level {1}, error info {PRD_ESN not matched, but locate single segment with PRD_NAME & PRD_VER}.

Step 2 View the output and find message "ESN not matched", which indicates that the imported ESN is inconsistent with the ESN recorded in the license.
