U1930(V100R001C01SPC600)call forwarding service is abnormal

Issue Description
Vietnam field uses PBX U1930,version is V100R001C01SPC600, Networking: AT0 relay and U1930. 0,1,2,slot is ASI board.Analog user extension 100 and 111 are directly connected to slot 0 ASI board through the telephone line. Outside users calls VU script,hears IVR speech,dials 0# transfering call to 100 extension.100 extension talks to outside user ok, and then 100 extension presses the flash key and 111,transfers call to extension 111,but outside the user did not hear the default waiting tone,just break.

According to the fault phenomena, we can judge form the following steps:
1. first judge 100 extension has the call forwarding service or not. normally the default authority has.please use the command line to check on U1930: red means the service authority.

3.extension 100 and 111 call to each other, when talk, please check the extension status with the same command. find that

both extensions are busy. then hang up both phones and then go back to idle status. this means wire connection and config

between U1930 and phones are right.

4.the extension 100 makes call forwarding may press "transfer" button for too long time, leading to hang up. tell the engineer to

press the button for short time and quickly for testing,but the same result.

5.check slot 0 ASI board call forwarding time limit.use command: find that no minimum and maximum time limit.

Suggestions
 ASI  board should have the call forwarding time limit by default. generally document does not mention, if missing, need to add it.
