Cannot connect to eSight using Mobile application

Issue Description
The new eSight feature permits opening a eSight client on a mobile device (smart phone or tablet). For this additional software needs to be installed on the eSight server machine. Currently this software is designed only for MacOS.

Handling Process
1. install teh additional software:

2. make sure you have connectivity from the mobile device to the host on which the server is configured

3. use the ip address of the server, the set username and password for login credentials
Root Cause
The server does not recognize packets sent from the mobile host requesting authentication.
