The user account in Users authority Group can't login the VM

Issue Description
System Version: V1R2C01SPC300
The customer assigned All the VMs in Adminstrator authority group, and it's working, the user can login the VM. 
But when they tried to assign the VM in User Authority group, they cannot login the VM.
The customer tried to login the VM with VNC but it gave error "User has not been granted such logon type on this computer".
Alarm Information

Handling Process
Set the login policies for the Users authority group when making the image.

1: In the taskbar on the ISO VM's desktop, choose Start, enter gpedit.msc in Search programs and files, and press Enter.
The Local Group Policy Editor window is displayed.

2: In the navigation tree on the left, choose Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment, as shown in below Figure.




3: In the list on the right, double-click Allow log on locally.
The Allow log on locally Properties window is displayed.

4: Click the Local Security Setting tab.

5: Click Add User or Group.
The Select Users or Groups dialog box is displayed.

6: Click Object Types.
The Object Types dialog box is displayed.

7: Select Groups, and click OK.

8: Enter Users in Enter the object names to select, and click OK.
The Allow log on locally Properties window is displayed.

9: In the Allow log on locally Properties window, click OK.
The login policies for the Users authority group is configured.


Root Cause
When making the image, the password of administrator was set to random forcibly for security reason, so we can't use administrator to login the VM through VNC.
And there is a step to set the Users authority group login policy configuration, if we don't config this policy,then the users in Users group can't login the VM.
Suggestions
If we want use a administrator account to login the VM,we can create another account(don't use the name "administrator")and assign to Administrators group when installing the ISO VM.
